Ipheion uniflorum 'Alberto Castillo' (Starflower) is perfect for naturalising in dry, warm spots, and can also be grown in pots on the patio. Ipheion uniflorum 'Alberto Castillo' is a richly flowering white cultivar. The flowers are larger than those of other Ipheions.

It was discovered in 1980 in an overgrown garden in Buenos Aires.
