In the early 1900’s J.J. Kerbert produced a crossing between Colchicum autumnale and Colchicum speciosum out of which this double flowered Saffron came. Colchicum ‘Waterlily’ has already won a variety of awards and is a lovely, frivolous addition to the garden.
Please note that this bulb has foliage in spring: Plant Colchicum where isn't mown at this time of the year. Please plant the bulbs directly and receiving your order. They can be stored for a short while in the fridge (frost free).
